Arceus must be Traded to be acquired In Black/White, the only way to obtain Arceus AT ALL is to play the azure flute to open the Hall Of Origin, Being an event item the Azure Flute is impossible to obtain without hacking or visiting a Nintendo Event. Arceus can only be caught in Diamond/Pearl/Platinum.
i am highly against using action replay codes.... one wrong move and ur game is forever messed up.... unless u wanna delete ur save file and start all over....

Unfortunately, Arceus cannot be found in Mystery Dungeon: Explorers Of Sky, however an Arceus statue can be found in the "Destiny Tower" dungeon.

THATS NOT TRUE!!! U CAN CATCH ARCEUS IN BLACK/WHITE BY ENTERING "Arceusworld" IN THE DREAMWORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont use them either (most of the time) because there are websites and people that give those pokemon away after the event has passed.
