If you are excessively lean, you need more calories. But you probably need more vitamins too.

Sunflower seeds are high in calories, but also high in vitamins and low in saturated fats. Carrots, potatoes, and tomato paste are also healthy sources of calories.

You want to focus on the neglected food groups:
The congealed, whipped, fats & sweets and the chocoltastic. In stead of making sandwiches with bread use Pop-Tarts, instead of chewing gum chew bacon, and brush your teeth with milkshakes.
If you're not sure about something rub it on a piece of paper, if the paper turns clear it's your window to weight gain.

You are right on target on the bacon.  Bacon is the best thing for everything.  Bacon, bacon  more bacon.

Eat lots of calories, work out


Your metabalism is high (just like mine) you can't gain too much weight, when you get older, your metabolism will slow down.

It will.  Mine did.  Now I work as hard keeping it off as I did putting it on.

Simple, your body burns calories (measurement of energy)

You eat calories...

eat more calories than your body burns, and you will get bigger.

Eat a LOT more calories than your body burns and you will get obese.
