If it's a House badge, get a sheet of stiff felt in an appropriate color, and draw the design on with fabric markers or Sharpies, then stitch the badge to whatever you're putting it on. If it's a Prefect badge, use the toner transfer process or black paint markers to put your design onto a sheet of copper, then etch the design in PCB etching solution, If you'd like, use colored enamel to fill in the etched areas and electroplate the copper with gold.

iron and transfer the pattern
cut the pattern out
stitchto desired location
