Use a rope and try to pull him out. If he's truly stuck, unearth the pipe and CAREFULLY cut Cooper out.

.  I'm pretty sure copper is right.
.  PCB sounds pretty good, but not as good as copper.

I'm just hoping that this is not about extracting metallic copper from old PVC pipes. My Philosopher's Stone is on the fritz, and it takes 4-6 weeks for the warranty repairs.
