i can't figure out the measurements for a papasun chair cusion Answered

Ours measures 54 inches diameter , 3 inches +/-  thick.   Our papazan frame is a typical size frame.

The hard way: Figure out how thick your padding will be. Using a flexible tape, measure the curve from the top to the bottom of the inside of the chair frame. Cut two circles of fabric with a diameter equal to the measurement you just took plus half the thickness of your padding plus a 5/8" seam allowance. Sew, stuff and pray.

The medium way: Go to a store that sells cushions with your measuring tape. Take measurements from a cushion. When the store staff ask you what you're doing, tell them you are just trying to make sure the cushion will fit your chair frame before you buy it.

The easy way: Buy a cushion that fits your chair. Take it apart with a seam ripper and use the pieces as a pattern to make a new cushion out of your chosen fabric. Use the padding to stuff your new cushion. Use the old cushion fabric to make something useful, like a couple of reusable shopping bags or several ninja masks, or placemats or something.
