i have 12v 1A dc voltage supply from an adapter and 5v 0.25amp bldc motor so how to reduce voltage and power my motor?
input 12v/1A dc power supply from AC to dc adapter ..
and want power a 5v .25 A brushless dc motor ...
so want a stable and reliable dc voltage reducing circuit which will not burn out if used for long time.

At 0.25 amp this is well within the range of fairly standard voltage regulators.
However how are you going to generate the 3 phase voltages to drive the BLDC motor?

that is integrated in bldc

Sometimes I do wonder if people have any clue about what they are ding when asking here....
Get a decent motor driver that is rated for 12V input and 5V output for a BLDC.
I mean seriously: How hard is it to use GOOGLE?
