i logon to find im asked to be Pro .. but...
but my pro membership doesnt expire til October 2, 2011
Other consequences:
am forbidden to have 'one page' 'structables ..
cant download PDF's ...
and it makes me cranky...
but
reversibly so!
but, now, this msg to you is not working .. i 'Preview' but then cant 'submit'.. NO
button!

Hi, All is well I'm PRO. Real gratefull to all that aided this old rookie. I looked in my "YOU" page and found the "robot" had awarded me a one yr. membrshp,with a code. But here's the catch. Just before that StumpChunkman gave me a 3 month PRO gift toget by. I, honestly, want to return this . How do I do this?

When I try to downld pdf, it says go pro, but I paid for my membrshp by mail and was confrmd, it's a pain. Also after click it takes 1.5 min for page to activate, this a REAL pain. If nothing can be done, at least it will instill in me the virtue of patience, but then I live in Puerto Rico, that's a good ways from California.

Did you pay for your membership using the same username you're posting under now (that is, "tropidavo")? There's no "PRO" icon next to this username, which means you (or that username) doesn't have a paid account, just the usual free one.

Hi, I've only had that username since I joined, but I did start with the free account. I figured the "robot" would place the PRO icon on my username once they received my payment, or within a reasnble time. Thanks fo your time.

That's exactly what should have happened. You'll should get a fast response from staff if you send e-mail directly to

Hello. You do have a pro account, and you are correct on the expiration date.
Everyone is forbidden to have one page instructables. If it's only one page, it's a photo or video instructable and should be published as such.
There should be no problems with you downloading pdfs. If there is, please send me the link to the pdf that isn't working for you.
Also, what operating system and web browser are you using? IE is having some trouble displaying some of the buttons on our site, we're working on fixing that now.
