What has he done, I'm just wondering?
Also a virus, though annoying is generally just a way to get in trouble without doing any damage, actually complaining to the bar association or his superior, such as a senior in the firm will get result faster and by the book.
I've had problems with a solicitor recently involving my family and stuff and when we sent him a letter explaining that if he didn't rectify his actions and whatnot we would be taking ourselves elsewhere and complaining to both his superiors and our equivalent to the BAR and he very quickly got his ass in gear...
. It will be more effective, and much less dangerous to you, if you will report the lawyer to your local bar association. Google "YourState bar association" replacing YourState with the name of the state the lawyer practices in.
-The easiest way? just find yourself a nice polymorphic "thing" that does what your crazy scheme encompasses, put it on a CD, and send it to them in thepost. -Also I'd remove any fingerprints. =P
Completely disregard what Il. 13 said above. Instructables, it's members, and affiliates can not be held responsible for what anyone does with the information posted on www.instructables.com or any of it's subpages.
Just trying to keep you out of trouble, Il. ;)
To make my earlier point more clear (although, clearer then NO, is hard to obtain), let me say that sending a virus is illegal, making you no better then the person you claim is corrupt. Why would you want to also become corrupt? Is he mentoring you ?

That's genius. Send the Lawyer a virus. He'll be the plaintiff and the plaintiff's lawyer. Just don't do it. And if you do, don't get us into it.

Yes, give a virus to someone who doesn't have to pay to sue you. An excellent, well-thought-out idea.

1) why? 2) you do know youd be liable, along with the person who gives you the link/scripcodes for any damage or loss of data/productivity incurred.
