So you don't have a voltmeter, no problem....

We can find positive with a compass and a car light bulb.

Place the compass over one wire and light the bulb for a moment to see which way the needle turns.... Then using the right hand rule will tell you which wire lead is the positive..

I will have a video later, anyone can understand, explaining ho to do this....

Are you talking about the mains voltage (AC) side or the 19.5V DC side? In the EU (and possibly elsewhere, I don't know) brown is normally live in an AC system and blue neutral. But as others have said, best to test to be sure if you don't want to fry your laptop.

Try using a $6 voltmeter.. The colors will depend on model and year of manufacture.

No idea. Why not use your voltmeter to discover the answer. Then you could tell us.
