lm3914... how do i get it so that it lights ld1 at 10.0v and ld10 at 10.5v? Answered

how do i wire a lm3914 so that led1 lights when signal is 10v led 2 when sig is 10.05v and 3 when 10.1.... until 10.5v

The datasheet for the LM3914 shows an application circuit "Expanded scale meter" which will do the trick I think. I would add an external divider to get your 10V signal nicely into the range the 3914 is comfortable with first. The rest is just adjusting some resistor values.
