if you are seeking a non rusting steel alloy, chromium is the stuff. sometimes nickel, with the chromium. its called stainless steel.

watch out for chrome fumes. not good to breathe them.

boiling point zinc 1665F

melting point steel 2500 F

a boiling point may be increased by extreme pressure, but a difference of 800 degrees...

zinc fumes are also Very unhealthy to breathe.

AFAIK it is not possible.
You galvanize steel with zink but I doubt you can successfully melt them into an alloy.
What would be the purpose?
