I don't now exactly what to do but if you could build a IR leds around the camera like what kip kay did (link: http://kipkay.com/videos/spy-devices/how-to-see-in-the-dark) and have a 9v  battery pack to power the LEDS that might work. I'm sorry I don't have the money or time do do such a thing.
