Well I was thinking i could put them on my bike or something. And doesn't posting here mean i want someone to post and ible on how to make 1?

What about them? They're probably a few high output LEDs or small bulbs, just to warn you making your own is illegal in most countries, definitely in US and UK...

Yeah you need a permit to have them installed on your vehicle..

You can have them as long as you don't impersonate a cop (you can have them, but can't use them)
