submission to contest MIA??? Answered

Hi All:
I submitted an entry to the "holiday decoration" contest on last Sunday and it hasn't appeared. I see new entries appearing, but not mine.
I'm wondering if I did something wrong (likely, as I'm a first time author) or it wasn't accepted for some reason.

I also wondered why my post was not entered in the Stay Warm Contest. Titled A loyal four-legged friend, i really thought it qualified and don't understand why it wasnt included.

did you check if it got in there successfully ?

for now - try to contact one of the admins. maybe theyll give you an exception

for next time - enter to the contest page and click enter your insts at the right top. youll see which insts are in and have option to add those that are not

It looks like your entry made it through. Contests are usually moderated, which means an actual human being has to add your entry to the database. Given the holiday, it shouldn't be surprising that there's a bit of a lag.
