Look for the signs!! If she likes you she'll send signs but you've known her for two years so listen. If people ask her about you listen to what she says and how she says it!! If it doesn't work be honest!!
just start with some flirting and minor chats about what you like in a girl, that will bring her to talk about what she likes...if you guys are good enough friend neither of you should feel award when you tell her then ask her how she feels for you.
Well, affianced is a typo, :P. But in my opinion, after two years of close friendship, there is nothing better than sitting down and having a face to face talk about it.
Pickup lines, gifts, and flirting work when you are getting to know someone, but an established friendship is beyond that. After two years you should be able to just say how you feel, and if you are as close as you should be after two years, she won't run away if you just tell her.
No affianced, but the first thing I would do is learn to spell and type properly. Most girls appreciate a guy that can speak proper English. They also like it when a guy pays attention to details, such as typos.

Every relationship I've ever had was started with a good multi-year friendship :D
