Are you asking if you can watch a DVD with a CD player??? The answer is no. You can play a CD with a DVD player, but not visa-versa.
That's my closest guess as to what you are asking. If it isn't, please phrase it so that the instructables community can understand it. (I understand if English isn't your primary language, but there is Google translate...)
