Any cheaper way to find out voltage Answered

Other than a voltmeter. They are like $200 and I don't want one that bad.

You can get small analog multimeters for as low as $20 from Radio Shack; lower elsewhere. They aren't highly accurate but they're plenty good enough for most uses, including fairly serious electronic debugging. Depending on what voltages you're interested in, and how much accuracy you need, you may be able to go still cheaper... but I can't imagine why you'd want to bother.

You're looking at a serious voltmeter for that price. my multimeter was only £11 from rapid,(http://tinyurl.com/ojg2dj) and it's pretty good. You should look at something cheaper. I don't know where you can buy electronics stuff from in the US, (digikey?) but i imagine you'll find something similar.
