Deep red, sorta like blood, looks good with gold. Maybe black. But never put silver with gold; just doesn't look good.

What combination looks good to _YOU_? That's all that matters.

Red and gold would be a classic Chinese combination, for whatever that's worth.

I don't like gold, most of the time.

Just my opinion, but I think any of the primary colors go well with gold.

I think black looks the best. Green and white also look pretty good with gold.
