Anything can be fried, and most things have been fried at one time or another. Search the web; you'll find everything up to and including deep-fried ipods, for gods' sake. (Yes, position of the apostrophe is deliberate.) Not everything _should_ be fried, but that's a different question.
You should rephrase your question more correctly. Nicodemus answered correctly, exactly what you asked. If you're going to change the goal posts, then do so up front.
