An inrunner is a brushless motor where the magnetic rotor in inside the coils, as opposed to the outrunner where the rotor spins around the outside of the coils. An inrunner will have a much higher KV (thousand revs per volt) but lower torque and is normally used with a gearbox.

I never heard of spinning a magnet by that name before.
