the fastest way that you would have available to you would maybe be a kiln, or an oven. But like others have said, if it dries to quick, it will crack.
I wouldn't try to rush it because it could split and your project will be ruined. I know it's frustrating to wait for it but it will be stronger in the end.

Other than a kiln?

put it out in the sun? but that would cause it to dry unevenly if you want quality, let it dry at room temperature it will take 3-5 days
