What i find the best is CRC siclon sprey for plastic and CRC 556 for metal moving parts

Johnson's Baby-Oil. It's essentially clean (but lightly-fragranced) mineral-oil.

Something as simple as vaseline or graphite grease like locksmiths use would probably be good.
