0gmxxBest Answer 11 years ago you currently cannot submit a new guide. i am not a site admin, but last i heard it was a beta feature that is going to be opened up in the near future. https://www.instructables.com/about/submit.jsp is where the links to creating new instructables are, and i would think the link to create a guide would go on this page.
