You don't make Hydrogen from water. You split the Hydrogen and Oxygen atoms that make up water. For that you need the right voltage, current, and electrodes. Plus you need to know which side of the setup is releasing the oxygen and which side is releasing the hydrogen so you can connect it.

Are you translating into English from another language? The word "thing" in English is does not have meaning here.

Do you want to know about the electrode?

Or mixing something into the water?

Or how much electricity (voltage or current) you need?

Try asking again, it makes no sense either as the question, or your repeat of the question.

If you mean "What do I add to the water to help the electricity flow?", then ordinary table salt will do you, but I use baking powder (sodium bicarbonate) because there is no risk of chlorine being generated.
