Overview

Chocoholics, unite - your time has come.  This is your chance to celebrate the mightiest of confections, and give chocolate its day in the sun (or partial shade at least, we don't want it to melt).

Share your epic chocolatey-goodness creations in a new Step By Step, Video, or Slideshow Instructable for your chance to win fame and glory as the crowned ruler of all things chocolate (and a custom-etched iPad)!  

So get in the kitchen and show us what you've got.  We can't wait to see what you make.

Multiple entries are accepted, but each entrant can only win one prize. Contest is open to international entries. Contest closes for entries at 11:59pm PDT, May 22.

First Prize (3 winners)



Three winners will receive a stainless steel one-piece double boiler. Whether the task is melting chocolate, making hollandaise sauce or preparing custard, the slow, gentle heat of this all-in-one double boiler ensures perfect results.

Runner-Up Prize (5 winners)



Five winners will receive an Instructables prize pack including an Instructables t-shirt and a one year pro membership.

How It Works

Write an Instructable

Create a new Instructable that fits the guidelines outlined in the contest description above. To be eligible, Instructables must be published between Apr 25, 2011 and May 22, 2011 (11:59pm PT).

Accepting

Entries are accepted by Instructables staff within one business day Monday - Friday. What matters is the submission time, not acceptance time.

Judging

A panel of judges made up of Instructables staff and respected members of the community rate the finalists. The averages of the ratings determine the winners.
