Overview
The Make it Move contest is all about making things that move. These things can move on their own accord, or move with help from external forces such as yourself!
In simpler terms, anything that you build that moves in some manner is eligible for this contest. This can include a robot, RC car, go kart, bicycle, javelin, horse cart, submarine, or duct tape kayak (to name a few). The sky is the limit (in all likelihood), but you are obviously free to try to exit the atmosphere.
Post an Instructable with clear images and instructions that shows how to make something that moves. Including a video of your project moving is also highly encouraged!
Create a new Instructable that fits the guidelines outlined in the contest description above. To be eligible, Instructables must be published between May 1, 2018 and Jun 25, 2018 (11:59pm PT).
Upon publishing your Instructable you'll see checkboxes for open contests. Select Make it Move Contest. If you have entries currently eligible for entry, it will also show up by clicking "Enter this Contest" on the right side of this page.
Entries are accepted by Instructables staff within one business day Monday - Friday. What matters is the submission time, not acceptance time.
A panel of judges made up of Instructables staff and respected members of the community rate the finalists. The averages of the ratings determine the winners.
When the winners are decided they will be notified and announced here on the contest page.
