Overview

The first official Pi Day happened in 1988 in the heart of San Francisco, and this year we're celebrating with a contest! The Pi/e Day Contest is brought to you in part by Dexter Industries -- a company with a passion for robotics. All things pi or pie are eligible. So if you have a tech project that you’ve been wanting to build, or a recipe that you’d like to share, enter it for a chance to win prizes and robotics kits from Dexter Industries.

If you're submitting a tech project, you stand to win a GoPiGo Starter Kit for the Raspberry Pi, Arduberry for the Raspberry Pi and Arduino Shields, a Raspberry Pi Camera, and more. There will also be a special judges’ prize for the best Raspberry Pi Instructable. If you’d prefer to honor the mathematical constant with delicious baked goods, you could win a KitchenAid Gray Artisan Stand Mixer and a custom laser-etched rolling pin! Get crackin’ on those Instructables and show some appreciation for pi.
