Valentines Day is almost here and one of the best ways into anyone's heart is with a tasty, sugary treat. Chocolates, mints, cookies, cupcakes, and many other sweets are fantastic ways of saying that you care. We want to see what you make for that special someone!

Share your best recipes and candy displays and you could win a no-expenses paid date with our very own Head of Production, Noah Weinstein! Noah is a kissing expert and is skilled in the art of conversation.

If you already have someone, or don't live in San Francisco, then you can choose to get 12 oz. of delicious chocolate-covered cocoa beans from Cocoa Puro instead. We met the people behind this fabulous chocolate at the Austin Maker Faire where they were part of the Food Makers tent, and can promise that these are some of the best chocolates you will ever taste! They're the perfect sweet treat, for Valentine's Day or any day. (We've still got a stash.) Need to know more? The Kakawa Cocoa Beans are fresh-roasted cocoa beans coated with with white, milk, and dark chocolates and cocoa. There are five flavors of chocolate in each bite!

Write an Instructable

Create a new Instructable that fits the guidelines outlined in the contest description above. To be eligible, Instructables must be published between Feb 1, 2009 and Feb 22, 2009 (11:59pm PT).

Accepting

Entries are accepted by Instructables staff within one business day Monday - Friday. What matters is the submission time, not acceptance time.

Judging

A panel of judges made up of Instructables staff and respected members of the community rate the finalists. The averages of the ratings determine the winners.
