Intro: Deviled Eggs

place six raw eggs in a saucepan with cold water one inch above the eggs

STEP 1:

put the sauce pan on the stove over medium heat until the water begins to boil

STEP 2:

then reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes

STEP 3:

remove the eggs with a spoon or ladle and let it cool

STEP 4:

remove shell from eggs then rinse

STEP 5:

cut the egg in half remove the egg yolks and put them into a bowl

STEP 6:

add 1/4 cup of mayonnaise and 1/2 tsp of mustard powder and 1/2 tsp of vinegar and salt and pepper and mix thoroughly

STEP 7:

put the mixture in a large zip lock bag and cut off the corner of the bag

STEP 8:

squeeze the mix into the egg white shells

STEP 9:

sprinkle lightly with paprika

I'd specify that the cook should put the collected egg yolks into the bowl, for those who've never made deviled eggs before.

I've yet to try your method, but will do so sometime in the next week or so. Afterward, I shall comment on both the making and the taste of this dish.
That is so funny - but it IS great, thank you for sharing, why don't you move the bottom photo to the top, it's more delectable.
