Intro: Easy Lasagna Rolls

really really yummy easy spinach and cheese lasagna rolls- this will change the way you make lasagna forEVAAAA

STEP 1: Ingredients

-1/2 cup blue cheese
2 cups mozzerella
-1/2 cup each of parmesan and asagio
(shredded all)
1 package frozen chopped spinach

1 egg yolk
9 lasagna noodles
salt,pepper
spag sauce and ground beef

STEP 2: Mix Some Stuff!

mix the cheeses,3/4 of spinach, egg yolk, salt and pepper together in a large bowl....

STEP 3: The Sauce

brown ground beef and add jar of spag sauce and remaining spinach, simmer while you prepare the rest..

STEP 4: Noodles

cook the lasagna for 10-15 mins, until it looks 'al dente'
(almost done), drain

STEP 5: Roll It Up! (light It Up, Inhale, Exhale)

lay noodles flat on a plate, spread an even amount of spinach/cheese mixture on it, and rollllll!

STEP 6: Arrange in Baking Dish, and Top With Sauce!

simple,simple,simple!
top with foil, and bake 350 for 20 - 30 minutes, and TADA!
your man will think you are a chef!
(feel free to add your own ingredients as required)

How funny is that!? I swear to god I have never seen this instructable until tonight! and I just "made these up" last week. When i saw them omn here I had to check the date... LOL Great Minds Think Alike! Great Instructable! Keep that mind going and maybe we'll "invent" the same dish again sometime. LOL :)

Dang that looks good AND easy. haha the title says it all. Now I'm going to have to add this to my list when I go to the store. My list seems to keep getting bigger whenever I come on here...
Review: I decided to make this for dinner tonight. Everybody loved it. I used more than 9 noodles and had some noodles left over. That was really good, I was full by the third roll. Recommended for sure

So almost like manicotti but instead you used a different pasta that is not preshaped? I wonder though, where you also inspired by a similar item on the Olive Garden commercials? All in all, looks delicious!
ewww. i hate olive garden, and oddly enough, i dont really watch tv. dont leave out the blue cheese! it's the MAKER!
