Step 1: Items Needed

paper

scissors

tissue

marker

peice of plastic bag

Step 2: Head

wad your peice of paper

Step 3: Body

get your tissue and put it over your paper wad

Step 4: Keeping It All Together

get your of plastic and tie it to the top of the neck as shown

Step 5: Eyes and Mouth

draw eyes and mouth as shown
