Here is my home made doggy lou.

STEP 1: Go to Dollar Store

Go to any dollar store or home improvement store and buy boot tray, tile, fake grass and decorative garden fence.

STEP 2: Assemble Parts

assemble and good luck training your dog to use it! but I did it.

STEP 3: Personalize

Decorate and personalize.

Could you provide details on what type of tiles these are and how the components are layered. Without this information it is very difficult to understand what you have done or recreate it ourselves.

Where did you get the tiles from and what are they originally used for?

Uh.... How did you assemble it?  What did you do to ensure that the pee collects under the grass, in a fashion that ensures the grass does not stay wet?
