Introduction: How to Make Swedish Meatballs
Now I will show you how to make Swedish meatballs
you need:
400 g meatdough
2 teaspoons of potato flour
1 egg
salt
pepper
Step 1: Steep 1
mix all ingridienses
Step 2: Steep 2
test if there enouge salt and pepper by frying a little bit of the dough and then taste it.
Step 3: Steep 3
when it taste good make little balls of the dough and fry them...make sure they are properly coocked thrugh.
Step 4:
Eat and enjoy!!!!!taste good whid macaroni

I'm sorry but i also find their "swedishnes" a bit questionable. I have eaten them for most my life and never with potato flour. We usually use bread crumbs, white and black pepper, salt, egg, fine chopped yellow onion and "blandfärs" a mix of about half minced pork and half beef.
And meatball are as the name suggest allvays, allvays round.
