Intro: How to Make an Easy and Cheap Touchscreen Stylus!

Hello again everybody! Have you ever eaten something oily and got your iphone greasy using it? Buying a stylus from the store can be over $6.00 just for a puny one! Do you want acess to your smartphone without making a "greascreen" on it and not spend money to do so? I will show you how for FREE!

STEP 1: Materials

All you need is a pencil and a piece of alluminum foil.

STEP 2: Covering

cover the end of the pencil with the center of the tin foil. I got the foil from a HERSHEY kisses wrapper( but of course the inside part isn't exposed. That would just grease the screen, too!).

STEP 3: Wrapping

Wrap the rest of the foil on the pencil. For best results, fold the exess tin like in the photo.

STEP 4: Wrapping Con.

Then just push it down and cover the pencil. Kind of pull the foil off a little bit and round the end. That's all there is to it! If you don't believe this works it accually does. The foil can be rounded that the sensitivity and shape of skin tricks the touch screen technology that it's a finger. If this helped you, please favorite. Comment any questions you have. I'm concerned that the foil might scratch the glass screen over time. Folks have used other materials that (like those metalic plastic bags that chips come in, or anti-static bags) that are plastic and won't scratch. Still, in a pinch, this foil would work.
CrochetCat You did a wonderful job! how is it working?
It won't scratch your screen. you are just using the middle part, right? it won't scratch if you do.:)
Wouldn't the Tinfoil scratch up the screen?
I give credit to CrochetCat17 for the drawing of olaf from frozen in the backround. She has an instructable on how to draw him.
