Intro: How to Renforce Card Board

this is a handy way to stop card board boxes splitting and other things

you will need:

corrugated card board

wooden skewers

insulating tape

scissors

STEP 1:

cut your card board to shape [make sure it is not longer than the skewers]

STEP 2:

push skewers though the holes in the card board

STEP 3:

cut skewers to length [you may want to use wire cutters]

STEP 4:

tape over both edges of the card so the skewers dont fall out [use 2 layers of tape so the skewers dont fall out]

STEP 5:

TEST IT !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmm. I probably would have just used epoxy or superglue instead of the tape. Then, it would look like plain cardboard, well, from the right view.
