Step 2: Workout Hard
If you want to get big, you must to workout hard every days. You can workout at the club or on the street or in any place where you can exercise like me
Step 3: Sleep a Lot
sleep is a critical component in the muscle building process and should not be overlooked. Your muscle tissue repairs itself and grows during rest periods but sleep is more important than waking rest periods. need 7 – 12 hours every night.
