既好看又好吃的南瓜盅

公司万圣节活动剩下了几个南瓜,突发奇想的想找个法儿把它吃了,于是做了下边的南瓜蒸排骨和南瓜蒸蛋。来看看吧!

Step 1: 准备南瓜

首先用刀把南瓜上的图案刮掉,然后在上端四分之一处切开,把籽挖掉。
上锅大火蒸15分钟。

Step 2: 准备排骨

排骨用生粉拌好,放上盐豆豉酱油淹一下。
与排骨分开蒸,大火15分钟。

Step 3: 还可以南瓜蒸蛋哦

把排骨装入南瓜盅里继续蒸十五分钟,然后就可以上桌啦!

Step 4: 还可以南瓜蒸蛋哦

同样,先蒸南瓜十五分钟,然后打入鸡蛋,继续蒸十五分钟。
放点酱油调味!

既好看又好吃哦,连菜带盘一起吃哪!
