★LEATHER FEATHER NECKLACE★

This is an easy to make and nice necklace.
You can make it with recycled little piece of leather.

Step 1: WHAT YOU NEED

You need:
-scrap leather;
-crimps;
-necklace thread;
-beads;
-little studs (or something you want for decorate);
-jump rings;
-necklace crimps.
Tools:
-scissors;
-pliers.

Step 2: CUT LEATHER ✄

Draw some feathers shape that you like on a piece of hard paper and cut them.
The top part of the feathers should be large like the crimps.
Draw the shape you made on the leather and cut the shape on the leather, you can use different color of leather.
The bottom edges of the feather should not be sharpen because if not the leather get curly: so cut away a small pieces of it.

Make one bigger,and some smaller. The smaller one you are going to use them twice.

Step 3: MAKE CUT

Make some cut in the feathers (like in the photos).

Step 4: DECORATE (optional)

Decorate the feathers how you prefere: I used some mini-studs.

Step 5:

Put the feathers together and close the crimps around them with the pliers (open face down).

Step 6: PUT ON THE THREAD

Put the larger feather on the thread (you should cut of the measurement you need).

Step 7: ADD THE BEADS AND MORE FEATHER

Put some beads and add more feather, than more beads and more feathers. Until you use almost all the thread.

Step 8: PLACE THE CRIMPS

Place the necklace crimps and make two tight nuts.

Step 9: DONE!

You are done! You can make many different things! In this one I added a little skull.
