Strawberry season is finally here!
So here comes my strawberry, vanilla pudding and dark chocolate Germany cake.
Step 1: This Is What You Need
- vanilla pudding
- strawberries of the best quality
- dark chocolate coating
- flan case
- cookie cutter round and flower shaped
Step 2: Melt the Chocolate
First you melt the chocolate. Put it into a stainless steel bowl and then put this into a pot with hot water. Let melt slowly and stir every once in a while.
Step 3: Prepare the Base
Use the cookie cutters to cut out the minicake bases out of the ready made flan case. Push your finger into the center to create a little hollow. You need this for the pudding.
Fill in the pudding. Use a teaspoon.
Step 5: Coat the Strawberries
By now the chocolate should be melted. Dip the strawberries into the chocolate and set them aside to dry.
You can use the leftover chocolate to dip in the leftover strawberries. Makes a nice extra snack.
