- 1-2 pepperoni slices (or other cooked toppings, optional)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
- 3 tbs milk
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 1/2 tbs marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 tbs shredded mozzarella cheese
Step 1: Chop the Pepperoni
If your choosing to use pepperoni, your going to want to dice it into pieces. You can also cut up bits of sausage, or other cooked vegetables as you desire.
Step 2: Make the "Dough"
Add the flour, baking powder and salt into a small dish or mug and mix. Add the milk and oil and mix until it forms a thick pancake type batter (it will have clumps, its OK!).
Step 3: Add the Toppings
Put your marinara on top of the dough batter and gently spread it all over with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle on the cheese and optional toppings.
Step 4: "Bake" and EAT!
Microwave your pizza for 1 minute to 1 1/2 minutes depending on your microwave. Mine cooked perfectly in 1 minute, 10 seconds. Let it cool for a minute or two and ENJOY!!!
