Want a super easy, insanely low cost Halloween decoration? Well "look" no further! If you happen to have, hedges, topiaries, potted plants or small trees, this is the decor for you! Let's get started!

Step 1: You Will Need

Hot glue/gun
Dollar Store Eye Balls
Dollar Store Spray of Flowers

Step 2: Glue Eyes to Flower

Hot glue the eyes to the center of each flower, My spray came with 12 flowers, which was perfect for this project, but you could of-course do as many as you like!

Step 3: Place Flowers

Wrap the the wire stem of each flower around the branches of your plant. Arrange them as desired, being careful to not hurt your plant in the process.

Step 4: Enjoy Creeping Everyone Out!

Even my husband was fooled by these! He was like, "Since when does that plant have flowers?..HOLY WHAT THE???....." It was great! A really fun pay off for 2 bucks! Happy Halloween!
