2 Minute Breathing Meditation (Tutorial)

This is a short breathing meditation that you can do at any time of the day - at home, at work, in the park, or even on a train or plane! These simple exercises will help to reduce stress and bring about a calmer state of mind. Follow the simple video instructions, namely:

1. Chose your seat, then

2. Make sure your spine is long, crown of the head reaching high

3. Roll your shoulders up and back, then relax your shoulder blades

4. Plant your feet firmly on the ground.

Don't breathe too deeply in these exercises, just use the fingertips to maintain a connection to the part of the body as I call it out.
