These 3 ingredients Raw Vegan Blackberry Bars they are amazing! They are made with ingredients you already have in your kitchen and every ingredient can be swapped and you can get creative with it.
They are also gluten free, dairy free, peanut free, soy free, Vegan, raw and super simple to make. Enjoy these for breakfast or snack or afternoon pick me up with a cup of coffee - Thank me later :).
Step 1: Ingredients
To make this you need;
- 30g of oats
- 30g of sultana (raisins or dates)
- 30g of Blackberries (strawberries or blueberries or any berries)
Step 2: Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor (dry ingredients first).
- Mould into a bar (see image).
Coat bar with coconut flakes or desiccated coconut (optional). You can also use sesame seeds, flaked almonds or any nuts or seeds you like.

You can also have them as a dessert with warm cream on top and some chocolate drizzle, they taste like Blackforest Gateaux!
