Introduction: 3 Ingredient Cookies!( Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan)

About: Just an 11-year old who enjoys fishing, baking and making.

I am a passionate baker and have been baking for almost the whole 11 years of my existence. I have always enjoyed a cookie. The only problems are that they take a long time to make and they a not the most healthy thing to eat. that's why when I stumbled across mind over munches 2 ingredient cookie I had to try it for myself. It was quite good, the only problems with that recipe were the cooking temperature and time and the way it held together, not very well. so I set out to make my own version so here it is! Step 1: ​ingredients

1. 1 1/4 cup steel cut oats

2. 3/4 cup oat flour (if you don't have oat flour then just ground outs in a blender or food processor until you make flour)( if you don't have a food processer then just use plain oats instead )

3. 4 bananas

4. Anything else that you want to add

materials

1. fork or potato masher

2. small bowl

3. parchment paper

4. cookie sheet

5. an ice cream scoop or spoon

Step 2: Mash Bananas

Preheat your over to 325 f. Mash the bananas in your bowl.

Step 3: Add Oats

Add your oats, oat flour, and anything thing else you want to put in. Stir until well mixed

Step 4: Prep for Baking

Now put your parchment paper on your cookie sheet. Then scoop your cookie mix onto your sheet.

Step 5: Bake

Now flatten your cookies so they are about a 1/2 inch thick. Bake for 17 minutes

Step 6: Enjoy
