This milk shake is not only delicious but tasty, extremely heathly, and incredibly easy to make!
Step 1: Materials
All you need is an blender, less than a cup of milk, peanut butter(use a lot of peanut butter), and 2 or 3 frozen bananas.( serving size:1)
Put all the ingredients in doesn't matter in what order, as long as you don't put the peanut butter in first (tip: don't use to much milk and if you do just add more bananas)
Blend it up and enjoy!
