Step 1: Ingredients and Method
2 pk 8 oz cream cheese
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
1 9oz graham cracker crust (or vanilla wafer or even milk biscuit called Maria as shown on picture)
6-8 tbsp melted butter
1 can Blueberry pie filling - 540 ml
Process your biscuits in a food processor, place onto 7 or 8 inch springform pan, then add in melted butter. Mix and press onto the bottom and side of pan. Bake at preheated 350 F for 5 minutes, take out and let cool.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla until smooth and creamy. Add eggs (one at a time) and mix well.
Add in 1/2 cup of the pie filling into the mixture and mix well using spatula.
Pour into crust
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate. Serve topped with remaining pie filling.
