Ingredients:

· ½ cup flour

· 1 tsp salt

· ½ tsp black pepper

· 1 tsp garlic powder

· 1 lb chicken strips

· 2 tbs butter

· 8oz sliced mushrooms

· 1 cup marsala wine

· 1 cup chicken stock

· 1/2lb linguine

Step 1: Coat the Chicken

Mix flour, salt, pepper and garlic. Add chicken and toss to coat.

Step 2: Sear the Chicken

Heat a large frying pan. Add butter and chicken. Sear chicken on both sides and remove.

Step 3: Make the Marsala

Add mushrooms to the pan and mix. Add the Marsala, chicken stock and linguine to the pan and bring to a boil. Add the seared chicken and simmer covered for 15 minutes. Stir the dish occasionally to keep the pasta from clumping.

Remove the lid and let the sauce reduce on high. Plate and serve. Yummy!!!
