Introduction: 6 Minute Ginger Tea

this easy recipie is great for when your sick or just on a cold day.

Step 1: Materials

1:mug
2:grater
3:ginger root
4:seive
5:timer
6:sugar/splenda(optional)

Step 2: Step 1

fill your mug with hot water

Step 3: Step 2

insert the seive into the water making sure water comes up through it

Step 4: Step 3

tart shreding/grating your ginger root. add as much or as little as you want

Step 5: Step 4

now set the timer to 5 minutes

Step 6: Last Step

if u want you can add some sweetener since ginger is kinda spicy
enjoy!

    I've never worked with ginger root.  does it need to be peeled?

    Using it to brew tea it shouldn't matter. If you were eating it it might.

    Use honey instead of sugar/splenda and put in a slice of lemon for extra vitamin c :)
