6283 IC Amplifier Without Pcb

Hii friend,

Today I am going to make 6283 IC to an amplifier without PCB board.This circuit will be of single channel that which we can play only one speaker.This amplifier will give maximum 10W output.

Let's get started,

Step 1: Take All Parts As Shown Below

Parts required -

(1.) IC - 6283 x1

(2.) Capacitor - 25V 470uf x1

(3.) Capacitor - 63/50V 4.7uf x1

(4.) Resistor - 15K x1

(5.) Resistor - 100 ohm x1

(6.) aux cable x1

(7.) Speaker - 10W x1

(8.) Power supply - DC (9-12)V

Step 2: Solder All Components

Firstly solder all components according to the circuit diagram.

This is single channel amplifier circuit diagram.

Step 3: Solder 50V 4.7uf Capacitor

Solder +ve wire of 25V 470uf capacitor to pin-2 of the IC as solder in the picture.

Step 4: Solder 25V 470uf Capacitor

Next solder +ve wire of 50V 4.7uf capacitor to pin-4 of the IC as solder in picture.

Step 5: Connect 100 Ohm Resistor

Next connect 100 ohm resistor to the -ve wire of 50V 4.7uf capacitor which is solder in pin-4 of the IC as shown in picture.

Step 6: Connect 15K Resistor

Next connect 15K resistor to pin-5 of 6283 IC as solder in picture.

Step 7: 100 Ohm Resistor Connect to Pin-6 of IC

Now solder other end of 100 ohm resistor to pin-6 of the IC as solder in the picture.

Step 8: Connect Jumper Wire and Aux Cable Wire

Next we have to solder jumper wire and aux cable wire.

Jumper wire -

Solder jumper wire to pin-6 and pin-9 of 6283 IC as solder in picture and in circuit diagram.

Pin-6 and pin-9 is Ground.

Aux cable -

we have to solder only two wires of aux cable in single channel amplifier.

we can use ground wire and Left/Right.

Solder Ground wire of aux cable to the ground wire of IC (pin-6 / pin-9 of the IC) and

connect Left/Right wire to 15K resistor as input as solder in the circuit.

Step 9: Connect Speaker Wire

Next connect speaker wire to the amplifier circuit -

Solder +ve wire of speaker to the -ve of 25V 470 uf capacitor which is solder in pin 2 of IC and

solder -ve wire of speaker to ground wire of the amplifier (pin-6 / pin-9) as you can see in the picture.

Step 10: Now Solder Power Supply Wire

Now we have to connect the last connection which is power supply wire.

Solder +ve wire of DC power supply to pin-12 of the IC and -ve wire of power supply to ground wire (pin-6 / pin-9).

All circuit connections can match from the above picture.

Power supply -

We have to give 9-12V DC power supply to this amplifier circuit.

Step 11: How to Use It

Give power supply to this amplifier circuit and

Connect aux cable to phone/tab/laptop/desktop.......... and play song.

Volume of amplifier can adjust by headset.

Its maximum output will be 10W.
