65 Feet of Paracord Belt Ready in 1 Minute

This is a belt made of one piece of paracord of 65 feet who can be untangle in less than one minute.

Step 1: What You Need

-65 feet of paracord
-one buckle of 1 inch

Step 2: Making the Belt

- fold the cord two times in half
-attach the end with the two free strands to a closed door


Step 3: Pass the Buckle


- at the other end pass the strand true the hole

Step 4: Knitting Time

-watch the video and go all the way of the strands.

Step 5: Mesure Your Waist Size

-measure your waist size and add the other buckle
-continue the knit to the full extend
-finish with a knot

Step 6: How to Untie

-do the reverse to untie (video)

-watch the strip-tease ;-)

    thanks, I finally made one! i used 50 Ft and it fit just right. i have about a 30 in. waist.

    I can't get the video to play and the pdf version doesn't tell you how to perform step 4. How come?

    It's a .WMV (windows media video) format.
    Use windows media player

    i know this response is quite late, but VLC player works on both mac and PC and it will play ANY video format. also, it is free :D
    its the best media player around

    I know it's supposed to be a wmv file, but all I see is a screen full of garbage. Why aren't the instructions in printed format on the pdf file?

    Well, you really should upload the video to a known platform, like youtube or google video, but since I knew the knot already, the instructable itself is fine.

     Not bad. Very simple to do. It doesn't look as great as some of the other paracord belts I've seen/made, but I suppose that's the price for speed.
